Founding membership terms

Who you're paying

Founding memberships are sold by Sharif Samad McBride LLC ("SSM"), which runs Censi during this early test. Charges appear on your card statement as CENSI.APP. Questions or refunds: hello@censi.app.

What you pay

A one-time $39 charge. If we keep building Censi after our first test, it covers your first 12 months as a founding member. If we don't, you get it all back (see "If we stop"). It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. If we offer a paid plan later, you choose whether to join it.

Refunds

You can get a full refund for any reason within 30 days of paying. Reply to your receipt or email us and SSM will refund the card you paid with.

If we stop

We're running a first test of Censi through fall 2026. If we decide not to continue after it, SSM will refund every founding member in full, automatically, by November 15, 2026. You don't need to ask, and it doesn't matter how long ago you paid. We'll email you before it happens.

• A vote on upcoming missions and a founding member badge.

We are early. The number and timing of missions may change, and we'll tell you when they do.
